1 Texas77 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Texas77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. By registering with Texas77, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Texas77 does not permit underage individuals to use this platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (human individual) — registrations by companies, bots, agents, or non-human entities are not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Texas77 is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently undergoing treatment or therapy for gambling addiction, and have not been declared bankrupt by any court within two (2) years prior to registration.
• All information you provide during Texas77 registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2 Texas77 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Texas77 account only. Owning or operating more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's name or information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your Texas77 account username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Texas77 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account if you have failed to keep your login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Texas77 support immediately via live chat or email at support@texas77.best.
• A Texas77 account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure at Texas77's discretion, with notice provided to the account holder.
• The name registered on your Texas77 account must match the name of the owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Any discrepancy may result in withdrawals being placed on hold for verification purposes.

3 Fund Deposit & Withdrawal

Texas77 supports a wide range of popular Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions on Texas77 are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit into a Texas77 account is RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20. Texas77 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an account that has been verified under the same name as the Texas77 account.
• Texas77 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 24 hours.
• Any attempt to transfer funds via an unlisted method or through a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and an investigation being initiated.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users within or outside the Texas77 platform.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Texas77 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All Texas77 bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and specific rules stated in the respective promotion terms. The following general conditions apply to all Texas77 bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be "rolled over" according to the specified multiplier before a withdrawal is permitted. Example: a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place total bets of RM500 first.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified by Texas77.
• The Texas77 first deposit bonus is only available to new members who have not previously made a deposit. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in account closure.
• Texas77 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through methods deemed to constitute promotion abuse, including the opening of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordination between multiple accounts.
• Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements remain unfulfilled within 30 days of crediting will expire automatically and be forfeited from your Texas77 account.
• All Texas77 decisions regarding bonus claims and the fulfilment of rollover requirements are final.

5 Sports Betting Rules at Texas77

The Texas77 Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, badminton, e-sports, and more than 30 other sports categories. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Texas77:

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the Texas77 system and credited to your bet slip. Texas77 will not entertain any claims arising from unconfirmed bets or errors made during input by the player.
• Texas77 reserves the right to void or correct any bet that was accepted at an erroneous price due to a technical error or data fault — "obvious error" odds that deviate more than 20% from the true market value may be voided.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant league or governing body. Generally, any match that does not resume within 48 hours of its original scheduled time will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to data delays, and Texas77 system outcomes are final. Should any issues arise with live odds, Texas77 reserves the right to suspend the relevant market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by league, market type, and membership tier. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip and may change without prior notice at Texas77's discretion.
• Parlay bets containing more than two (2) selections from the same or related match may be voided or settled as separate bets in accordance with Texas77's rules.

6 Texas77 Casino Games, Slots & Virtual Sports

Online casino games (baccarat, poker, roulette, blackjack), slots, and virtual sports available on Texas77 are intended for entertainment purposes only. The following rules apply to all casino game and virtual sports categories:

• All Texas77 casino games and virtual sports use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and certified by internationally accredited independent auditing bodies. All outcomes are completely random.
• In the event of a technical disruption such as an internet disconnection during an active game, Texas77 will resolve the game based on the outcome already generated by the system prior to the disruption. Your account and balance will be restored in accordance with that outcome.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Texas77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Texas77 Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to fulfil an identity verification (KYC) request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Upon the member's own request for voluntary account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, Texas77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violated the rules. Original deposit balances may be returned at Texas77's discretion following the completion of an investigation, unless the funds were involved in illegal activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Texas77 account may do so through their account settings or by contacting Texas77 customer support. All eligible balances will be refunded once the request has been processed.

9 Texas77 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Texas77 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the Texas77 platform, including the loss of wagered funds.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond Texas77's control (force majeure).
• Payment processing delays or failures caused by third-party systems such as banks, payment processors, or eWallets.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• The content or services of third-party websites that may be linked to Texas77.

Under all circumstances, Texas77's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming at Texas77
